Ideal Boilers increases support for installers

Following consultation with thousands of heating engineers, Ideal Boilers is launching a number of initiatives designed to transform the installer/manufacturer relationship.
Ideal Boilers increases support for installers
In response to demands from installers for more in terms of product reliability and support, it has devised the 'Get More' programme, which will offer them additional help in terms of product reliability, warranty, after sales and business support.

The company says that it has been the fastest growing UK boiler brand over the past three years and has significantly increased its share of the market.

Its award-winning Logic boiler range and the recently launched Vogue range have been recognised for reliability by end-users and have been awarded Good Housekeeping Reader Recommended status. The Logic range was also recognised for its innovation in design with a Queen's Award.

Director James Parkinson, said: 'We're delighted to have achieved this level of success. But in order to maintain this we know we need to offer our current and future installer customers more than just a reliable boiler.'

'Installers are very much in the driver's seat as far as we're concerned and we want to put our customers at the centre of everything we do. 'Get More' isn't just a meaningless marketing catchphrase, it's a new way of doing business with our installer customers.'
