TEN is a software suite designed by heating engineers and software professionals to deliver a system that meets the needs of a modern service engineering business. 2007 TEN designed and built the first phase of the Engineers Network. 2008 TEN helped mobilise Welsh water, It developed the oil capture software and became OFTEC approved. Now in 2009 The Engineers Network has resolved the issues around the gas and oil engineers dislikes. The software:- electronically captures gas safety certificates (CP12/CP2), parts and materials and the oil certificates (CD10, CD11, CD30, TI133) and a range of other important certificates. TEN includes a smart planning process for landlord 3 strike management and sends reminders. Landlord can have access to their own web portal to view their tenants details, monitor all work undertaken and to view and download completed certificates. The list of features goes on and on. The network is customer driven, listening to our customers requirements and do their best to implement the changes into the system that benefit our users at no extra cost.
