Dimplex buys Applied Energy Products

Applied Energy Products' main shareholder Graphite Capital has agreed to sell 100% of AEP's share capital to the Glen Dimplex Group.
Dimplex is based in Ireland and the move made by Graphite Capital (a private equity firm) is yet to be approved by the Irish Competition Authority.

AEP provides heating, air and water management solutions to new build, social housing, leisure, care, commercial and industrial markets. The firm has four market leading brands, Creda, Xpelair, Redring and Stiebel Eltron.

Dimplex has a range of over 200 electric heating appliances to cater for commercial and domestic heating needs.
