Installers looking for assistance in purchasing and installing the right heating solution can now gain specialist support from a dedicated pre-sales team set up by Dimplex.

The team offers assistance to anybody looking to find the right heating product, whether for their own project or on behalf of a customer. With knowledge of all products and services across the wide Dimplex portfolio, it is already proving a valuable resource for the trade.

Pre-sales manager Hayley Edwards (pictured) said: “We know that incorrect specification or installation of heating appliances can lead to a poor customer experience – so we are here at the end of the phone to help all customers seeking advice.

“We are in the unique position of being able to offer a wide range of heating products for single properties to complete developments, both domestic and commercial. This team has been gradually developed over 18 months to deliver an enhanced service to anyone that is interested in our products and services, prior to purchasing or installation. Now we are in a position to demonstrate real value for our customers, and the team continues to evolve in line with changing requirements.
