Fernox teams up with Heatforce

Fernox has partnered with the Heatforce Network to support the business growth of boiler service engineers across the UK.

With access to market-leading chemical water treatments and filter technology from Fernox, the Network completes every installation to the highest standard, in accordance with industry best practice and legislation.

The Heatforce Network, which began in April 2017, provides an accredited installer training scheme, extended warranties and affordable prices to engineers. Providing support and regular inspections of its installer members, the Heatforce Network ensures high quality customer service is maintained throughout.

Trained by the network’s parent company, Heatforce, all Heatforce Network installations include a TF1 Omega System Filter, system flush and are dosed with the market leading inhibitor, Fernox Protector F1.

Providing high quality plumbing, heating and renewable services across Wales, the wider Heatforce business installs thousands of gas and oil boilers, bathrooms, fires and fireplaces, whilst also servicing central heating boilers.

Describing the Heatforce Network’s appeal, Dan Hobbs, director at Heatforce (Wales), said: “After receiving homeowner feedback surrounding heating system installations, we decided we needed to train boiler service engineers and provide quality installations, as well as ensuring the use of high quality products.

“By partnering the Heatforce Network with Fernox, we enhance the strong relationship we already share, while meeting both our installers’ and customers’ needs.”

Providing access to the leading range of Fernox chemical water treatments alongside an innovative range of in-line system filters, Heatforce Network engineers can be assured they are using high quality, optimum performance products.

Included within the product range being used is the next-generation, nickel-plated, brass in-line system filter, the Fernox TF1 Omega Filter. This offers  a quick and easy installation in the most confined or awkward to reach spaces.

Offering superior debris capture, the filter combines advanced Hydronic Particle Separation (HPS) technology with a powerful bespoke Neodymium magnet to optimise flow trajectories into the filter’s base where debris is retained for safe removal.

Mr Hobbs added: “The Fernox TF1 Omega Filter has impressed our Heatforce Network members, reaffirming that partnering with Fernox was a great decision.”

Adam Daly, regional sales manager for the South West at Fernox, also commented: “Supporting the growth of individual engineers and encouraging best practice is of significant importance to Fernox. This unique partnership will ensure best practice installations with high quality chemical water treatments and filters for all Heatforce Network customers.

“Not only is this a great training opportunity for engineers to enhance their trade, it is also a chance for Network members to utilise Fernox products on-site to improve central heating system efficiency and longevity.”
