The judges for the annual HVR Awards have deliberated over the entries and selected the finalists for the ceremony on November 26th.

On the judging panel were Mike Smith, BSRIA’s director of engineering; Mike Duggan, FETA’s technical manager and the new head of specialist group services for B&ES Mark Oakes.
The panel said the entries represented a wide selection of technologies and products, which showed the vibrant nature of the industry. Regulation has been a driving force as many of the innovative products showcased have been developed in response to changing regulations.
The finalists for the 2014 Awards, which take place at the Millennium Gloucester in London, are as follows:
