Simon Ockenden will be covering the south east and south coast, while Adam Handyside will look after customers in Greater London and immediate areas to the north west, west and south west of the capital.

Mr Ockenden previously worked for BSS and Flowserve as an account manager, and will bring engineering expertise as well as two decades of industry knowledge to his new role at Potterton Commercial.

With nearly ten years of sales experience in HVAC, Mr Handyside also has a strong track record in managing commercial accounts for vendors.

Both will be liaising closely with contractors, consultants and merchants to support them through product selection, specification and procurement processes.

Mr Handyside commented: “I’m delighted to be joining a brand with a prestigious history like Potterton Commercial. I look forward to working with the team here and helping our customers to get the best out of their boilers.”

Mr Ockenden added: “Likewise, it’s exciting to be part of a brand with such heritage. I look forward to applying my mix of technical and sales experience, and working with Potterton Commercial’s knowledgeable team to support customers on their projects.”

Steve Evans, national sales manager at Potterton Commercial concluded: “I’d like to welcome Simon and Adam to the team. Their solid experience in the sector will ensure that our customers continue to get the right boiler that meets their needs. The south is a highly competitive market, so for those who wish to take their businesses to the next level, Simon and Adam are well-placed to share Potterton Commercial’s knowledge and expertise in heating systems.”
