Pump House acquired by DiversiTech

DiversiTech Corp, a leading manufacturer and supplier of HVACR parts and accessories, has purchased Pump House, a premier supplier of ancillary HVACR products based in Nottingham.

The acquisition enables DiversiTech to further expand its European and international customer reach with a well-established organisation with an extensive product range and first-class distribution capabilities. The company also shares DiversiTech’s core values of providing excellent customer service and the best product selection available.

Pump House will retain its name and primary focus on serving the European market. It moves forward, however, with greater product capacity and resource availability under the DiversiTech umbrella.

The acquisition formally solidifies Pump House and DiversiTech’s long-standing partnership, which was created through a joint venture established in 2006.

Pump House sells more than 1,500 products to national and independent distributors, wholesalers and OEMs across five major sectors: air conditioning, refrigeration, boiler, renewables and support systems. Established in 2001, it has three warehouse facilities in Nottingham and serves customers in many European countries, the USA, the Middle East and Australia.

DiversiTech chief sales and marketing officer Bud Sjogren said: “Bringing Pump House into the DiversiTech family makes perfect sense and is a natural progression based on our long-standing partnership. We see continued opportunity in the European market and this acquisition assists us in capitalizing on those opportunities.

He added: “As a result of the merger, both companies will be expanding their product portfolios with the goal of providing our customers a compelling one-stop-shop offering. This is in keeping with our desire to help our many customers simplify the way they work.”

Managing director of Pump House, Dave Bass, said: “We are excited to be a part of the DiversiTech family. DiversiTech’s depth of resources will enable us to continue our growth while bringing more value and support to our customers than ever before.”

Customers of both companies will continue to receive the same high level of service and delivery they’ve come to expect. They can also continue to place product orders and request technical assistance as they currently do.
