Birmingham Air Conditioning Ltd. was incorporated in November 1988 originally to manufacture quality bespoke air handling units to meet the requirements of consulting engineers who found difficulty in sourcing 'non standard' units such as those required by the cheese making, nuclear, National Health and pharmaceutical industries. The company soon gained a reputation for quality, reliability and general expertise in air movement, and as a consequence were asked to undertake complete packages of works from the simple air handling unit with heating and cooling, ductwork and controls, to the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the first nuclear fuel rod drying rig. The company now also designs, supplies and installs a full range of packaged air conditioning units and systems, together with kitchen ventilation canopies and associated systems, giving the company an unrivalled broad width of expertise within the ventilation industry.
