Flexible manifold boxes by ESBE optimise output across multiple zones

As one of industry’s most trusted suppliers of hydronics, ESBE considers its ‘Flex Box’ concept offers customers the optimum solution for managing space heating: featuring as it does high efficiency and the ability to control multiple zones, using a prefabricated, space-saving piece of equipment.

ESBE compact. Manifold Box GMB600 is a modular distribution unit, developed to accurately control two or three zones, which can be fitted with the manufacturer’s powerful Gxx300 series circulation units (Size DN20) either in insulated or uninsulated format. Encompassing ESBE’s renowned standards of design and engineering, the GMB600 features left and right connection ports for the supply line. two incoming ports for supply line are to avoid unnecessary piping and speed up the installation. A cap (C) is included to plug the unused supply line, while an air vent valve permits 3600orientation for mounting in challenging situations. GRC is only available in DN25/32. GMB Manifold is for DN20 circulation units.

The Manifold box can be fitted with a thermometer, while ESBE also produces a cover strip to make the transition when units are being installed within the wall construction.
