Ground source energy fuels CIBSE talk

South Bank University is playing host to a CIBSE seminar on 'Ground Coupled Energy Systems'.
Ground source heat pumps, open loop systems, closed loop systems, underground thermal energy storage and thermopile installations are all addressed in the talk on February 25.

A representative from the Environment Agency will also speak to attendees on regulations and implications of using these technologies.

Those encouraged to attend include designers, engineers and contractors keen to know more about this low carbon technology and developers considering ways to meet the new building regulations and planning requirements.

All attendees will receive a free copy of CIBSE's new TM45: Ground Water Cooling Systems.

The seminar takes place at 9.30am-5pm on February 25 at the Keyworth Centre, South Bank University, London.
