‘Help Me Choose’ the right product for my site & carbon cost comparison facility

Rinnai – makers of continuous flow gas water heaters and systems that give limitless, on demand supplies of hot water – are now offering all end-users on all sites a ‘Help Me Choose’ facility via the company’s digital touchpoints.

This service is ideal for customers who require a modern hot water system  with a reducing carbon footprint. Traditional storage systems necessitate constant fuel to deliver hot water and comply with building requirements such as Legionella controls. Continuous flow hot water systems only use fuel and energy when operational gaining significant savings advantages to the customer.

The end-user, site manager or owner simply visits the www.rinnaiuk.com website for instant assistance on choosing the right products to deliver fuel, energy, and environmentally efficient hot water, reliably and constantly. Also available in this service is a “Carbon Cost Comparison” facility. This new service offers a free appraisal of a site’s current hot water delivery system, along with recommendations for reducing the carbon load.

Says Rinnai’s Chris Goggin: “We recognise that every application is unique and that choosing the right product can be a little daunting so we invite end-users to visit our website www.rinnaiuk.com and find the ‘Help Me Choose’ facility and wewill doeverything else from there.”

Rinnai recently completed one installation, after conducting a thorough site survey including a full report to all parties. The report analysed Life Cycle Costings and Carbon footprint of the existing system and projected both capital and operational expenditure benefits on using a continuous flow system. The existing system was a heated stored water system – this meant that the site was paying to heat water it was not instantly using.

The owner commented: “Clearly the site needed to change the system. We presented the project to Rinnai’s Technical Sales team who came up with the design, configured the sizes of unit required and delivered the system complete and to a very tight timescale.

“In terms of gas usage running costs compared to the old wasteful storage system, our bills have virtually been halvedsince the Rinnai system went live five months ago which is absolutely tremendous.”

The Rinnai Specification and Design Team can also prepare installation schematics that demonstrate best practise regarding legislative design considerations. This expertise will guarantee best practise to combat Legionella, G3 and a host of other onsite compliance issues. The result is a high efficiency, low emission system delivering unlimited amounts of hot water.
