Ideal Boilers, principal partner of West Bromwich Albion FC, is celebrating the club’s promotion to the Premier League with a social media campaign designed to engage homeowners and boost brand loyalty.
Fans have been celebrating since West Brom secured a landmark victory on Wednesday, in a dramatic conclusion to the Championship.
The club has already unveiled a brand-new Puma home kit for the next Premier League season – and Ideal Boilers has secured five shirts to use as prizes in an exclusive giveaway.
The headline prize also includes the chance for one fan to take home a matchday ball from Wednesday’s promotion-securing match.
To be in with a chance of winning, consumers are invited to follow Ideal Boilers on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook and to like and share posts about the giveaway.
Jo Shepherd, chief marketing officer for Groupe Atlantic, owner of Ideal Boilers, said: “We’ve been there for the highs and lows of the last two seasons and we’re over the moon for the team. While there were no fans allowed in the stadium, Boiler Man watched on from the stands and the atmosphere was amazing.
Ideal Boilers’ infamous Boiler Man mascot has been making headlines around the world following his first appearance in 2018.
Tomasz Chadwick, head of partnerships for West Bromwich Albion, said: “Ideal Boilers have been a huge part of West Bromwich Albion for the last two seasons. They came on board at a difficult time for the club following a relegation but really bought into our vision of regaining our Premier League status and the amazing journey that would go with it.
“I’m delighted that we can look back on a hugely successful two seasons, which has brought phenomenal exposure to Ideal Boilers – knowing we also have a Premier League season to look forward to as well.
“The partnership has created an opportunity to bring the Ideal Boilers brand to life through the use of activation and the Boiler Man saga certainly took this to another level. We are about to enter into a very busy period to ensure that we maintain all of this positive momentum in preparation for our return to the Premier League.”
